Photos from Festivals:
The All-Ukrainian Festival of Mono-Art “Rozkuttya” was founded in 1994 by the director of mono-theatre “KUT”, People’s Artist of Ukraine Volodymyr Smotrytel.
The festival is held in five artistic nominations:
– one-man theater
– poetry
– instrumental music
– original song;
– original genre, humor and satire.
The festival invites performers from all over Ukraine. Each participant offers the audience a unique performance for 30 minutes, his or her own unique artistic world.
An important aspect of the festival is that it is not based on a competitive basis. This creative event is based on a system of equal artistic solo performances. Participants are paid for travel, hotel, and meals. They receive flowers, gifts, diplomas of Rukutia participants, etc. This approach creates and preserves an atmosphere of complete harmony, trust and mutual understanding between the artists, which develops into friendly relations and business cooperation in the future. “Rozkuttya” reveals the enormous potential of one person and his or her unique abilities.
Since 2014, the festival has temporarily suspended its activities due to the events in eastern Ukraine.
